Jasey Jay Anderson is coming to Revelstoke next week for a prototype testing bonanza!  These are two alternative versions of the 175 Asym, I get to keep whichever one I like better.  So psyched!  (I hope it's the red one...)

More photos of more boards coming soon as they get finished.

@slayermtb Aren't you regular?  Out of luck, goofy only!  Just kidding, more boards are coming.

A DoubleWide proto is showing up with Carl on Tuesday for a test ride too!

Exciting times...

Those are the perks of being a test pilot. Have fun and keep us posted.

@wild-cherry What is Asym about the board? the side cut? flex? or offset inserts?

the shape don't look like those wild asym shapes out there that's why I ask.

for example: https://koruashapes.com/products/apollo-10

@reximus I like that Korua!  So glad to see manufacturers growing some balls and taking some risks!  Amplid is working on an asym also.

As to your question, the JJA Asyms have a symmetrical tip and tail for now, because it's simpler to build.  Once we sort it all out and are ready to bring something to market we may opt for a crazy looking shape too for marketing purposes...

On ours, the sidecut is Asym, flex is Asym, materials and construction are Asym.  Still playing with different combinations, got one in the press this week.  We don't offset inserts (Ryan Knapton used to do this) because the right size binding won't require this.  But I could see how it might be necessary if the sidecut is extra deep on one side by the back foot.

Ya, I was hoping for the red one (Vino) but the blue one (Oceano) rode better.  Both are sold, I'm still riding Oceano though, until my new one arrives.
