What do you guys all set your edges at? I don’t want to sound like a ham here but I have no idea. A friend who is a ski tunner wants me to set a 2 degree bevel.

Look at your manufacturer's specs, most companies will all tune their boards the same. There are 2 angles, the base bevel and the side bevel.
For example, my Donek is at 1° base, and 88° side (2° from vertical) from the factory, and I haven't changed this.
For a park board I'd probably move the base bevel to 2°; it'd be less catchy on rails (my wrist still hurts from the last time I tried anything else than a 50-50).
