@wild-cherry This is an annual trip with my high school buddies so the dates and location are set (not by me). Maybe I can do a side trip to Revelstoke since I will be in NA? How much is the airfare from SLC to your nearest airport?

@kagurasnowsurfer You'll have to check prices on your dates, they vary a lot. Nearest airport is Kelowna BC, about 2hrs, or Calgary Alberta, 4.5 hour drive (not recommended in winter storms). Easier to get ground transport from Kelowna.
Best to come before you go to Park City, it's colder in early March and the snow will be likely be better. The lower mountain starts to melt out in at some point in March.

Food for thought. I will have a better idea of the practicality of a Revelstoke sidestrip after the New Year. Alaska airlines offers a non-stop from LAX to Kelowna until 3/18.
