Name That Board!
How about "The Operator"?
I'm just slaying...
How about "The Cherry Chisel"? or "Engraver"? or "Inscriber"?
Thinking bigger, could this be the beginning of a whole line? As it's targeted to more developing riders, how about "Cherry Blossom"?
When people blossom they develop and become stronger, confident, more successful, and thrive. That seems to be the goal of this board for carvers. Unfortunately Burton does have the women's Blossom though, and perhaps it sounds a bit feminine. But it would pave the way for a "Cherry Bomb".

C4? Carvers Connection Corduroy Cutlass
Should we compile a short list and let the 30 buyers vote?

Yes!
My 2c, the board is a tool, and the rider is the operator. “Bomb” lacks the finesse I hope this board makes possible, but the wordplay of Cherry Bomb is attractive. I guess there is a question of whether to go somewhat descriptive vs purely conceptual. A descriptive name might reference the board’s physical characteristics or its line cutting prowess, eg the Broadsword.
I really like that last name (C4). "Corduroy Cutlass" has some of the over-the-top cheeziness that I like from Capita (even it I've never owned one of their boards) while still being relatively descriptive of the board and its intended use. Even manages to retain some explosiveness too!
Love the vote idea, the buyers are the ones who'll have to live with the name (e.g explaining to my wife and daughters why I bought an "Other Woman"... I don't see that conversation going well).
"Shut up Tyler"
Mentioned it on YouTube already but my vote is for Jaywalker to highlight Jasey-Jay’s work designing against the grain of the industry. Also jaywalking in front of oblivious drivers and carving long turns in front of people who haven’t seen anything like that yet have something in common.

After trying the 2 prototypes... "Smooth Operator" could certainly work!
